Risk & Reporting Analyst
Our client, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, is a joint venture between a technology solutions business serving the banking and financial sectors and a global alternative investment fund manager. They now seek to appoint a Risk & Reporting Analyst to identify, measure, monitor and control risk
Your specific responsibilities as Risk & Reporting Analyst will include:
* Aggregating risks on fund level, perform risk analytics and generate monthly reports based on OPERA reporting guidelines
* Working closely with internal teams to validate the completeness and accuracy of required data
* Managing regulatory analytics
* Generating and distributing the regulatory returns each month/quarter
* Performing rigorous checks to ensure the accuracy of the generated reports
* Working closely with external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of checked files to the relevant team for sign off
As Risk & Reporting Analyst you will need:
* A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university
* Data analysis experience
* Proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel
* Familiarity with Risk concepts
* Familiarity with the FCA’s AIFMD Annex IV and SEC’s Form PF a bonus
