HRBP Operations Analyst
Our client, a specialist consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creates tailored technology solutions for the complex and demanding defence & finance sectors. As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint an HRBP Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across your assigned business areas, advising on policies, best practices, and people matters.
Your specific responsibilities as graduate HRBP Operations Analyst will include:
* Partnering with HR Business Partners to deliver talent management initiatives
* Managing sensitive employee relations matters
* Facilitating core HR processes such as training requests, internal transfers, and terminations
* Contributing to policy reviews, engagement programmes, and process improvements
* Taking ownership of client-area-specific projects
As HRBP Operations Analyst you will need:
* A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university
* 3-5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
* A solid grounding in UK employment law and HR best practice
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
* The ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing operational delivery with longer-term projects
