We are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join a successful dealership and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially focused individual who can lead a team, improve operational performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The Role: As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the service department, ensuring high standards across customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and team development.
Key responsibilities include: Leading and motivating service and workshop teams. Managing daily department operations. Driving customer satisfaction and retention. Monitoring KPIs, productivity, and financial performance. Ensuring efficient workshop processes. Managing customer escalations professionally. Supporting team development and performance improvement. Working closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience within an automotive aftersales/service management role
Strong leadership and people management skills
A commercial mindset with the ability to drive performance
Excellent communication and customer management skills
Experience working within a main dealership environment (preferred)
