Our client, a leading aerospace logistics specialist, is seeking an Aerospace International Logistics Specialist to manage time-critical (AOG) shipments and deliver outstanding customer service. You will coordinate shipments from booking through to delivery, ensuring customers receive regular updates and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer bookings and quotations.
Monitor shipments from collection to delivery.
Keep customers informed of shipment progress and resolve any issues.
Liaise with airlines, overseas offices, customs brokers and service partners.
Maintain accurate shipment documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Build strong customer relationships and support the operations team.Skills & Experience
2+ years' experience in aerospace logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.
Experience managing time-critical (AOG) shipments.
Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of international air freight and airline routings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
