Vehicle Paint Sprayer Required
What Paint Sprayers Are Offered:
* Full Time / Permanent.
* Salary - £18 - £25 per hour (Dependent on skills and qualifications)
* Individual bonus rate paid
* Monday - Friday - 40 hours a week (Flexible on start/finish within reason)
* NO weekends
* Overtime Available
The Role of a Paint Sprayer:
* Paint Spraying
* Prepping
* Priming
* Filler Work
* Polishing
* Colour Matching & Paint Mixing
* Quality Control/Inspection
* De-grease the area to be treated
* Sand down the relevant areas and adjoining areas for blending purposes
* Mask out area to be treated
* Etch and prime area to be treated
* Bake the vehicle in the oven, setting temperature according to the vehicle requirements.
* Carefully remove the vehicle from the oven once it is cooled
* De-mask vehicle
* Flat the primer to prepare the surface to receive top coat of paint
* Carefully position the vehicle in the oven or a controlled area and mask the vehicle in preparation for application for top coat
Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:
* ATA/NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualified Paint Spraying or time severed within a Paint Spraying role.
* Full valid driving licence
* MUST have your own spray guns and air fed mask
* Previous experience of working within an accident repair centre
