Based in Essex, covering sites across Essex and London.
About the Company
We are a well-established Essex-based company specialising in the supply and installation of high-quality windows and doors for residential and commercial projects. Working with developers, contractors, and private clients, we deliver installations across both new build developments and refurbishment projects.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee the installation of windows and doors across multiple sites throughout Essex and London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on management role requiring previous experience within the window and door installation industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations for window and door installation projects.
* Coordinate and supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
* Carry out site inspections and quality control checks.
* Liaise with clients, main contractors, site managers, and suppliers.
* Monitor project progress and resolve any site issues promptly. installation projects.
* Strong knowledge of window and door products and installation methods.
* Experience working on both new build and refurbishment projects.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence.
* CSCS Card.
* SMSTS qualification.
* First Aid at Work certificate (preferred).
Personal Attributes
* Professional and reliable.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
* Flexible and willing to travel across Essex and London.
