About the Role
We are seeking a professional and organised
Part Time Site Receptionist to join a busy construction project based in Southam, Warwickshire. You will be the first point of contact on site, providing administrative support to the project team while ensuring all visitors and workers are managed in line with site procedures.
Working Hours – Monday-Friday 7.30am till 12pm
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, staff and subcontractors arriving on site
Manage the site sign-in / sign-out system and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
Maintain the site office, ensuring it remains organised and presentable
Provide general administrative support to the project team (filing, scanning, data entry, document control)
Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials/logs are recorded accurately
Assist with onboarding of new starters, including paperwork and inductions
Maintain accurate records of site personnel, training certificates and visitor logs
Support the Site Manager and wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrator or front-of-house role
Experience working within construction or a site environment (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Proactive, reliable and professional approach
