HR Advisor - 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Leeds | Hybrid Working | Up to £43,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance
We're pleased to be supporting our client, a global organisation based in Leeds, in the search for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting managers across the business and delivering a proactive, commercially focused HR service.
Key responsibilities:
Providing day to day HR advice and guidance to managers.
Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.
Coaching and influencing managers to ensure best HR practice.
Supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner team to deliver operational HR support.
Ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
