Join one of Europe's leading international main contractors delivering some of the continent's largest and most technically advanced mission-critical projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join a growing pre-construction team based full-time from a modern office in Maynooth, supporting the successful delivery of bids for major data centre projects across the UK and Europe.
Become part of a collaborative team working alongside pre-construction managers, estimators, design professionals and senior leadership to produce high-quality submissions for landmark engineering projects. Your Role as Bid Coordinator Will Include:
Coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality bid and tender documentation.
Working closely with pre-construction, design, estimating and commercial teams to gather technical information.
Managing bid programmes, deadlines and document control throughout the tender process.
As A Bid Coordinator You Will Have:
Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator, Proposal Coordinator, Pre-Construction Coordinator or similar.
Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or other technical project environments.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Full right to work in Ireland.
