Talentmark are recruiting for a Field Applications Specialist to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:
£180 to £230 per day PAYE, or £245.27 to £305.06 per day Umbrella.

Field Applications Specialist Role:
- Support customers using lab testing equipment.
- Fix technical problems quickly and keep machines running.
- Reduce equipment downtime as much as possible.
- Help with software and IT issues on site.
- Train lab staff on how to use the equipment.

Your Background:
- A biomedical science degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Good knowledge of the diagnostics industry.
- Experience supporting a hospital lab or similar diagnostics setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Location:
This is a remote role, and you'll need to live in or near Devon. You'll cover 3 hospitals in the region. Some travel is needed further afield, including occasional visits to Burgess Hill. Overnight stays away from home may be needed now and then, but not regularly.
