Are you looking to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families? Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join their team as a Team Administrator.

Their Independent Fostering Agency (IFA) is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our children and families. And as a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to fulfil their statutory and legislative duties.

You will provide high-quality administrative support to the team to ensure efficient operations, organizing and coordinating effective multi-agency meetings, arranging appointments and visits for our social workers, team managers, and family support workers, and acting as the first point of contact for the team.

You will need to have excellent organizational and administrative skills, be a strong communicator and ideally have experience in minute-taking and event coordination.

Knowledge and understanding of legislation, policy and guidance relating to Children and Young People’s service work would be advantageous.
