Aztrum Recruitment is partnering with a leading technology solutions provider that is looking to recruit an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its growing team.

This organisation helps businesses across the UK modernise and optimise their technology through a comprehensive portfolio of IT solutions. Their expertise spans managed IT services, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, software licensing, digital workplace solutions, and IT consulting. The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and introducing prospective clients to the company's wide range of technology solutions. Working closely with experienced Account Managers and technical consultants, you'll identify potential customers, qualify leads, and arrange meetings that help drive continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting activities.
Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers.
Qualify prospective customers and book appointments for the senior sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's portfolio, including managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, software, and digital transformation solutions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
Keep up to date with technology trends and developments across the IT industry.About You

Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, Internal Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, or similar sales role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, resilient, and target-focused approach.
Commercially minded with a genuine passion for sales.
An interest in technology, IT solutions, or managed services.
Well organised with strong attention to detail.
Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.What's on Offer

£30,000 basic salary.
Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential.
