We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Technician based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified Vehicle Technicians seeking to join a reputable main dealer that invests in its workforce through continuous training and career development. Basic salary up to £38,500
Bonus scheme with OTE circa £42,000
Late shift allowance
Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
Manufacturer-approved ongoing training and development programmes

Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
Perform routine inspections, health checks, and repairs efficiently
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with manufacturer and company policies
Complete accurate job cards and maintain electronic workshop records
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfactionRequirements:
Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, either service or diagnostic
Strong mechanical knowledge with diagnostic experience preferred
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and a methodical approach
