Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy maintenance contract in Saffron Walden.

This role would suit a candidate with a broad maintenance background and a good understanding of multiple trades, particularly plumbing, who is capable of carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.

Duties will include:

* General maintenance and repair works

* Basic plumbing repairs and installations

* Carpentry repairs and making good

* Patch plastering and decorating touch-ups

* Reactive and planned maintenance tasks

* Working independently and managing workloads effectively

* Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Multi-Trade Operative

* Good all-round maintenance skills

* Plumbing experience highly desirable

* Own tools and transport preferred

* Reliable, professional and able to work independently
