About the role and school

We are seeking a Supply Teacher to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Barnet from September. This Supply Teacher opportunity offers complete flexibility, whether you are looking for daily supply, short-term bookings or longer-term placements.

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 while maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour. This Supply Teacher role is ideal for teachers seeking a better work-life balance, variety in their working week or an opportunity to gain experience across different school settings.

This Supply Teacher position would suit experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers looking to build their confidence and develop their classroom experience.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons as a Supply Teacher
Follow school policies and maintain classroom routines
Manage behaviour effectively and positively
Adapt quickly to different year groups and school environments
Support pupils to remain engaged in learning
Build positive relationships with staff and pupilsQualifications/Experience

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous primary teaching experience is desirable
Strong classroom management skills
Flexible and adaptable approach
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
