Gas Service & Heating Engineer
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Within 30 minutes of Taunton
Our client is seeking an experienced and qualified Gas Service & Heating Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business that is committed to investing in its employees through ongoing training, career development and long-term progression.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, fault finding and installing a range of domestic heating systems while delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain and install Gas and LPG boilers.
* Diagnose and repair faults on domestic heating systems.
* Carry out work in line with current regulations and company procedures.
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
* Complete job documentation accurately.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience working with heat pump systems.
* Experience servicing unvented hot water cylinders.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in boiler servicing.
* Current Gas Safe qualifications/certifications.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Taunton.
