About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a growing and ambitious independent surveying practice in the North East. The successful candidate will undertake a range of residential surveying services, including RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, residential valuations, New Build Snagging Surveys (where qualified), and specialist property inspections.

* Deliver outstanding customer service and professional technical advice.

* Work closely with an experienced administration team who manage diary scheduling and appointments.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a fast-growing independent surveying practice that genuinely values its people and professional standards.
