Are you an experienced HGV Technician seeking an exciting role in Preston? We are currently recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join a reputable National Dealership Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team, gain valuable experience, and enjoy an attractive salary package.

Competitive annual salary of £47,000 plus bonus
Working only 3.5 days per week
Shifts from Wednesday 1pm to 7pm and Thursday to Saturday 7am to 7pm

Perform maintenance and repair activities on heavy commercial vehicles and trailers
Diagnose faults and conduct testing to ensure accurate and complete repairs as a HGV Technician
Complete warranty, contract, and retail paperwork within procedural guidelines
Carry out preventative maintenance to minimise customer costs
Support the team with additional tasks as delegated by your supervisor Requirements of a HGV Technician:
City & Guilds or equivalent qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
Experience in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial vehicles
Organised with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Manufacturer training and up-to-date knowledge of heavy vehicle systems
Full UK driving licence; HGV licence is advantageous but not essential
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
