Level 2 Practitioner – Up to £12.77 per hour
Level 3 Practitioner – Up to £13.38 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 years
Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Contribute to planning engaging activities that support children's learning and development
Observe, monitor, and record children's progress where required
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
Promote positive behaviour and support children's emotional wellbeing
What We're Looking For

Level 2 Practitioner

Level 2 Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience within a nursery or childcare setting preferred
Good understanding of child development and safeguarding
Positive, reliable, and caring approach
Level 3 Practitioner

Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous nursery experience within an Early Years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Ability to support planning, observations, and children's development
Professional, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
