The Logistics Analyst will support and help manage shipment bookings, milestones, supplier follow-up, and issue escalation to support on-time delivery.

Key Skills Desired:

* Customs Clearance

* Customs Terminology

* Customs Documentation

* Import / Export Planning

* Experience with multi-mode transport – Road, Sea and Air

* Customer Service

* Highly Computer literate

* Microsoft Office tools i.e. – Excel, Outlook, and Teams

* Focus and Attention to detail

Preferred candidate background:

Experience from tier 1 Logistics organisations: Neovia Logistics, DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, DPD, FedEx, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, CMA CGM or Maersk would be advantageous.

Typical day-to-day tasks include:

* Heavy Data entry and shipment bookings

* Freight forwarding and logistics coordination

The shift schedule for this role is as follows:

* Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00

* Office-based training for the first 8 weeks

* After 8 weeks training: 1 in 5 weekend rotation and potential flexible working pattern:

* Mon - Wed in office

* Thurs - Fri work from home

DBS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE, WE CAN PROVIDE ONE AND THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED OUT OF YOUR FIRST WEEK PAY.

5 YEARS WORK HISTORY REFERENCES ALSO REQUIRED.

We are looking to recruit for this role with an immediate start so suitable candidates must be available ASAP.

This role is ongoing temporary until December 2026 however there is the potential it could get extended or be made permanent
