Groundworker

Groundworkers Required – Large Industrial Development, Bedford

Norse are currently recruiting experienced Groundworkers for a large-scale industrial development in Bedford. Immediate starts available, with additional positions starting end of July. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work on a major project.

We are looking for:

* Groundworkers (gangs, pairs, and single operatives)

* Machine Operators (360, dumper, roller etc.)

Responsibilities:

* Excavation, trenching, and backfilling

* Laying kerbs, drainage, and ducting

* Installing manholes, gullies, and pipework

* Reading and working from site drawings

* Working alongside machine operators to ensure smooth progress

* Ensuring all groundworks are completed to spec and to a high standard

* Maintaining a safe, tidy, and compliant work area at all times

* Working as part of a wider construction team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS card

* Previous groundworks experience on large-scale sites

* Own PPE

* Reliable and punctual

* Machine operators must hold relevant CPCS/NPORS tickets
