Our client has grown to be the Scotland’s largest supplier of small tools and general plant into the Construction industry. This growth has seen the company turnover increase and their ability to service clients far beyond their expectations. With continued support for training with a guarantee that personal development will be encouraged and promoted our client is now looking to build upon and develop their operations in the Perth areas of Scotland with the recruitment of a Tool Plant Fitter.
The Role
This role is a fundamental role in the company’s business strategy and requires individuals of an ambitious nature. Applicants will be both workshop and site based and will be involved in both repair and service work for a variety of small to medium sized general tools and plant. Applicants will be working on small tools through to small dumpers and small plant. The role involves the general upkeep and maintenance of the equipment as well as the repair of broken or damaged products that are returned to the depot, some customers may require on site repair of the equipment and company vehicles will be made available to conduct the work.
The Applicant
Suitable applicants must be able to show strong technical experience of the above products or with good mechanical petrol/diesel experience and be looking for a challenging new role. Fitting/Service/Repair experience is a requirement to this role, applicants should have technical fitting of general tools or plant or petrol or diesel equipment.
The ideal applicants would be based on patch in Perth or local area to this site.
Basic Salary £30-32k (Neg) + Full company benefits.
