Site Manager – Windows & Doors

Location: Mobile Role | North of the M25 & London Projects (Office based in Colchester)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Package
Job Type: Permanent

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in windows and doors looking for a varied, mobile role? We are recruiting for a growing contractor delivering refurbishment and installation projects across London and the North M25 region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team managing multiple live projects for established clients within the housing association and education sectors.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of window and door installation projects from site set-up through to completion. You'll typically manage 4–5 live projects at any one time, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Project values range from £50,000 to £2 million, offering a varied workload across refurbishment and replacement schemes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple window and door installation projects across London and the North M25 region.

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

* Ensure all projects are delivered safely and in accordance with health & safety regulations.

* Monitor programme, quality and project performance.

* Carry out regular site inspections and client meetings.

* Maintain excellent communication with clients, residents and stakeholders.

* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to specification.

* Produce site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Manager within the windows, doors, glazing or external envelope sector.

* Experience delivering refurbishment projects for housing associations, schools or public sector clients is highly desirable.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid qualification.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
