Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join their hospitality business on a permanent basis. As Site Manager, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. A joinery background and experience in Leisure and Hospitality is essential.
Key Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
* Joinery Background essential
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
* Full UK driving license
* A proactive and solutions-driven approach
Responsibilities:
* Acting as No.1 on site, leading the project from start to finish
* Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
* Driving the construction programme and coordinating all trades
* Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards
* Chairing site meetings and reporting progress to the PM, Construction team, landlords and consultants.
* Maintaining strong working relationships with the client, subcontractors and stakeholders
* Managing snagging, commissioning and final handover
Salary:
£55,000 - £60,000 per annum
