Facade Manager

Liverpool

£55,000–£58,000 + car allowance + pension + private healthcare

Leading residential developer and construction business

Opportunity

Are you an experienced Facade Manager looking to take ownership of a major external envelope package on one of Liverpool’s most prominent residential developments?

A leading residential developer and construction business is appointing a Facade Manager to oversee all façade activities across several blocks of its flagship scheme. Reporting directly to the Senior Construction Manager, you will coordinate specialist subcontractors, manage quality and programme performance, and ensure each element of the building envelope is delivered safely and to the required specification.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction team delivering complex, high-profile residential projects across the North West. The Facade Manager will have genuine influence over the delivery strategy and finished quality of a landmark development.

Responsibilities

As Facade Manager, you will:

Manage façade works across multiple residential blocks, including SFS, brickwork, cladding, windows, curtain walling, balconies and associated interfaces.

Coordinate façade subcontractors, design consultants, suppliers and the wider site management team.

Monitor progress against the construction programme and identify potential delays before they affect key milestones.

Review drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection plans and technical submissions.

Manage quality inspections, benchmarks, testing, snagging and close-out documentation.

Ensure façade installations comply with approved designs, fire requirements, building regulations and manufacturer guidance.

Chair package meetings and provide clear progress updates to the Senior Construction Manager.

Work closely with design, commercial, logistics and health and safety teams.

Maintain accurate records and drive the timely resolution of defects, technical queries and non-conformances.

The successful Facade Manager will have experience managing external envelope packages on large residential, apartment, hotel or mixed-use developments. You should be confident coordinating multiple subcontractors and understand the technical interfaces between façade systems, structure, roofing and internal finishes.

What’s in it for you

Working as Facade Manager, you will receive:

A salary of £48,000–£58,000.

Car allowance.

Company pension.

Private healthcare.

Responsibility for the façade delivery of a flagship multi-block development.

Direct access to senior construction leadership.

Long-term career progression within a growing project pipeline.

The opportunity to make a visible impact on a major Liverpool scheme.

This Facade Manager opportunity would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving technical challenges and working collaboratively within a fast-moving construction environment.

Application Process

If you’re ready to bring your experience in façade management to a forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you. Apply today, and we will contact you within 3 working days if your application has been shortlisted.
