You'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by managing contract documentation, supporting project teams, and keeping office operations organised.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee contract administration from tender stage through to project completion.
* Review, negotiate, and manage contract terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
* Monitor project performance, variations, and commercial risks.
* Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including contract registers, change orders, and financial summaries.
* Provide contractual and administrative support to project teams.
* Assist with contract queries and help resolve issues where required.
* Coordinate general office administration and support the wider business.
* Maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an Office Manager, Contracts Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar administrative role within the construction industry.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
