Deliver the technical support that keeps our operations moving As our Associate IT Field Technical Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our field colleagues have the technology, tools and support they need to deliver for our customers. You won't just fix devices or work on tickets, you will provide a high‑quality, efficient and reliable IT service that keeps our operational teams working safely, smoothly and effectively.

Working across your designated network area, you’ll deliver hands on 1st and 2nd line IT support directly to field users, taking ownership of issues from detection through to resolution. You’ll manage and maintain local IT infrastructure, oversee hardware stock, complete audits, and build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels. You’ll also champion best practice, identify opportunities to increase first‑time fixes, and support improvements to the way we deliver IT services.

Why you'll love this role: This is a hands‑on role that offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real impact on how our colleagues work.

Operational Visibility – Support users across your regional network, working at the heart of day‑to‑day operations.
End to End Ownership – Manage IT issues from initial detection through to resolution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Trusted Technical Support – Provide expertise across devices, applications, mobile technology, networking, AV and more.
Relationship Building – Work closely with operational teams, suppliers and IT specialists to deliver great service.
Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies, increase first‑time fixes and improve how we deliver local IT services. What you'll bring: You’re an experienced IT support professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great service.

Technical Expertise – Knowledge or qualifications across networks, Microsoft operating systems, AD/Entra ID, M365, device builds, Intune/SCCM, mobile solutions, AV, printing and IT security principles
Practical Experience – Experience delivering IT services in a multi‑sourced environment, ideally within ITIL disciplines.
Customer Focus – Strong customer service skills with the ability to support colleagues at all levels, from field operatives to senior leaders.
Delivery Versatility – Able to prioritise multiple issues, lead resolutions and translate complex IT matters into clear language.
Stakeholder Confidence – Skilled in building trusted relationships with internal teams, vendors, suppliers and service providers.
A full UK driving licence is essential for travel across sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible and trusted role, acting as the face of IT for your region. You’ll work closely with operational teams, suppliers and technical specialists, ensuring that our systems, devices and services remain robust, compliant and fully operational. You’ll be empowered to improve processes, strengthen relationships, and enhance the IT experience right across the network
