Location: Narthampton -Brackmills
Job Type: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm

Key Responsibilities
Source, interview, and meeting high-quality candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
Advertise vacancies and proactively search for talent.
First stage of Interview over the phone
Secound stage of Intreview Meeting candidates face to face and running ( site tour.)
Calling new canddiates and arranging Interviews.
Match candidates to suitable opportunities.
Meet individual and help team to performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with new candidtes
What We're Looking For
Previous recruitment expiriance ( preferred)
Excellent communication and people skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent time management skills.
Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for delivering great service.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Great computer skills.
