SEN Teacher
Prospero Teaching is working with an independent school in the Salisbury area to recruit a passionate and committed SEN Teacher (QTS) for a September start. The Role:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN
Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider support teams
Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Promote engagement, confidence, and independence
Follow safeguarding and school policies consistently
Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs
Strong classroom management and relationship‑building skills
Patient, adaptable, and resilient approach
Able to differentiate learning effectively
Committed to delivering high‑quality teaching and support
Experience within SEN beneficial but not essential
Suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs

Pay Rate: £32,916 - £51,047 per annum (M1-U3)
Key Stages: Primary / Secondary

QTS required
SEN experience beneficial but not essential
