PURPOSE OF ROLE
As Legal Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the management of all incoming and outgoing post and cheques, ensuring all files are up to date with the relevant documentation to assist in the delivery of a superior consumer journey.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS LEGAL OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Open and sort all incoming post including cheques, ensuring accurate distribution
Scan all incoming documents on to the system, allocating to the correct files
Complete all actions required regarding incoming and outgoing cheques
Assist file handlers with general queries to aid file progression
Manage multiple inboxes actioning emails from clients as well as third parties
Oversee facilities activities including ordering groceries, stationary, dealing with visitors etc
Manage the printing of all outgoing post, ensuring any inaccuracies are logged and corrected
Assist in performing administrative duties and dealing with consumer queries
Basic cash collection
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience of working in the personal injury sector
Proven administration skills
Confident and capable decision maker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
Strong IT competence
Excellent customer service skills
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Ability to problem solve using own initiative
Confident and capable decision maker
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
