RED - D365 PLM & Master Data Migration Specialist - Remote (Europe)

RED Global is looking for an experienced D365 PLM & Master Data Migration Specialist to support a major ERP transformation from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to SAP. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in D365 Product Data, Master Data Management, and ERP data migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document D365 Product, Procurement, and Material Master data.
• Identify, extract, cleanse, and validate master data for SAP migration.
• Define data mapping, transformation rules, and migration requirements.
• Support migration testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, procurement, and SAP teams.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency throughout the migration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Material Master and Procurement Master Data in D365 environments (must-have).
• Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Migration, Data Mapping, Data Cleansing, and Data Governance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 PLM/PIM and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with Product Master, BOM, Vendor Master, and Engineering Change data.
• Proven background in Master Data Management (MDM) and ERP data migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA migration experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Material Master, SAP MDG, or SAP PLM.
• Previous D365-to-SAP migration experience.
• Manufacturing or supply chain industry background.
