We are working with a client who is seeking an experienced SAP professional to lead the end-to-end migration of a fixed assets management solution into an S/4HANA ERP environment ahead of the Legacy application's decommissioning. This business-critical project runs alongside a major ERP upgrade, requiring someone to provide overall project leadership, oversee governance, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and manage specialist technical resources as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of SAP FI-AA functional expertise, project management, and change management experience.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
- Manage and Oversee the project from start through to go-live and hypercare
- Act as the point of contact between internal digital teams, business stakeholders and technical specialists
- Manage governance - Milestone tracking, stakeholder reporting and communication on the progress to the leadership team
- Co-ordinate and dispatch technical activities to SME resources - ABAP, Data remediation, Fiori, Interface Decommissioning
- Drive change across the client sites - Workshops with managers and supporting the transition from Legacy systems
- Manage dependencies with the upgrade team, including transport sequencing and freeze window constraints
- Co-ordinate data qualification, correction and integration with various business teams
- Delivery end-user training and go-live support to non-IT profiles across the sites
Required Skills/Experience:
- Dependency management with parallel technical programs - ERP Upgrades, Freeze Windows
- Change Management in SAP Projects
- Experience in - ERP migration, Carve-out or TSA exit projects
- Project management in SAP transformation projects
- SAP FI-AA functional expertise
- S/4 HANA Experience
