SuccessFactors Project Manager French & Dutch Speaking

DESCRIPTION

As a Project Manager with experience in implementation of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors projects, you are responsible for the several projects to migrate different HR systems to SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will manage the delivery of the projects assigned in terms of scope, time, budget and quality.

What do we expect from you?

As a hands-on Project Manager being part of the SAP HR Team.

You manage the overall scope definition, planning, staffing, and delivery until closure of the SuccessFactors migration projects on time, within budget and in accordance with the guidelines and standards as defined by the PDS PMO (B-PM²)

You assure proper project organization and assist in administrative tasks:

• Manage Resource Planning
• Monitor Project Performance and Progress
• Manage Budget & planning
• Manage Risks & Issues
• Use project templates and standards
• Create presentations, reports and dashboards
• Communicate with project stakeholders to manage expectations on project deliverables

You will report to the Business Area HR Lead and will work closely with the NMBS HR Process Leads, HR Organization and HR SAP Specialists & Application Owners.

CONFORMITY CRITERIA

• You have proven experience in migrating to SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Registration Systems
• You have more than 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in large organizations for the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrations to and from SF EC top both SAP and non-SAP systems.
• You have more than 8 years of relevant experience as a SuccessFactors consultant or project manager contributing in the implementations of all SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, RCM, Performance, Learning, Reporting)
• You have proven experience with Jira, Confluence and X-Ray for the delivery of projects.
• You are SAP SuccessFactors certified
• Willing to work on-site at least 2 days per week in Brussels
