Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and impactful English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with KS5 optional)
Foster a love of literature, language, and creative writing
Support students of all abilities to express themselves with confidence and clarity
Create a purposeful and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with a dedicated and supportive English departmentRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in English or a related subject
ESSENTIAL - QTS or equivalent and experience teaching in a Secondary School
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
