The Role
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality panel repairs and panel replacement.
Repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications.
Follow approved repair methods and industry best practices.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Work efficiently within a fast-paced accident repair centre.
Collaborate with the wider bodyshop team to deliver vehicles on time and to the highest standard.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair centre.
Recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA or equivalent qualification.
Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
Ability to complete repairs to a consistently high standard.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent team-working skills.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
