Location: Didcot
Salary: £33,500 - £37,570 DOE + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm (No Weekend Work)

Whether you're already experienced with hybrid vehicles or looking to develop your skills, full manufacturer-backed training and ongoing support will be provided.

·Basic salary of £33,500 - £37,570 depending on experience
·£1,500 signing bonus
·Overtime paid at 1.25x

The Role:
·Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a varied fleet of light commercial vehicles
·Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
·Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections
·Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
·Collaborate with an experienced and supportive workshop team

What we're looking for:
·Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
·Previous experience as an LCV Technician within a dealership or fleet environment
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Full UK Driving Licence
·A positive attitude and willingness to continue developing your technical skills
