Location: Heathrow
Salary: £17.00 - £24.00 per hour (£37,570 - £53,040 Basic DOE)
OTE: Up to £56,640+ including monthly bonus
Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week | Rotating Early & Late Shifts

We're recruiting for skilled HGV Technicians to join a modern, growing commercial vehicle workshop. With competitive pay, monthly bonuses, regular overtime and a supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while working on a varied fleet of commercial vehicles.
What's on Offer:
·Basic salary of £37,570 - £53,040 depending on experience
·OTE of £56,640+
·Monthly bonus of up to £300
·Overtime paid at 130% after 42.5 hours
·24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
·Additional Duvet Day
·Carry over up to 5 days holiday

·Company pension (up to 5% contribution)

·Ongoing manufacturer training and career development
·Modern workshop with excellent facilities
The Role:
·Service, maintain and repair HGVs
·Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
·Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance
·Prepare vehicles for MOT and safety inspections
·Complete workshop documentation accurately
·Participate in manufacturer training and breakdown rota
What We're Looking For:
·Previous experience as an HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Full UK Driving Licence
·HGV or FLT licence advantageous but not essential
·Ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team
