We are currently seeking an experienced Multiskilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to support a growing portfolio of commercial contracts across Scotland’s Central Belt, with work primarily covering Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced subcontract engineer looking for consistent, long-term contract work with a well-established fire and security contractor.
Scope of WorkThe successful engineer will be responsible for:

Servicing and maintaining fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control and intercom systems
Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive repairs
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Small remedial works and system upgrades
Completing service reports and associated documentation
Ensuring all work is completed to current industry standards and client requirements
Providing a professional service to clients across commercial sitesLocationWork will be carried out across:

Glasgow
Edinburgh
Central Belt
Surrounding areasContract Details
£33.00 - £35.00 per hour
Outside IR35
Weekly pay every Friday
5-day working week
Overtime available
Enhanced overtime rates
Long-term contract with consistent workload
Immediate start availableRequirements
Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience with fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and intercom systems
ECS/CSCS card preferred
Full UK Driving Licence
Own tools and transport
