We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading dealer group for an experienced HGV Technician to join their team at Trafford Park. Loyalty holidaysDuties of a HGV Technician:
Maintain and repair trucks, lorries, and other heavy commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards
Diagnose faults, conduct tests, and perform scheduled servicing and repairs
Complete all necessary paperwork for warranty, retail, and contract work as a HGV Technician
Deliver high-quality service to customers within classified service areas
Perform preventative maintenance to minimise customer vehicle downtimeRequirements of a HGV Technician:
City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance
Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining HGVs
Manufacturer training or current technical knowledge (desirable)
Full UK driving licence; LGV/PSV licence advantageous
