Altura Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Festival Bartenders to join our team for a 2 day festival this weekend, as well as many other events throughout the summer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at one of London's exciting summer events, with the chance to secure ongoing work across festivals, events, stadiums and prestigious hospitality venues.
The role involves serving drinks quickly and efficiently from busy festival bars. Previous bar experience is preferred, but you don't need cocktail knowledge – confidence pouring pints, serving spirits and mixers, and providing great customer service is what we're looking for.
Responsibilities
* Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a fast-paced festival environment.
* Operating tills and card payment systems.
* Delivering friendly, professional customer service.
* Maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
* Following Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service procedures.
* Assisting with opening, restocking and closing the bar.
* Working efficiently as part of a busy team.
Requirements
* Previous bar experience preferred.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Friendly, reliable and professional.
* Able to work as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Right to work in the UK.
What We Offer
* £12.71 - £15.00 per hour
* Weekly PAYE pay.
