Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Coventry

The Reality of the Role
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you are responsible for keeping vacancies filled and clients running.
Recruitment doesn’t always operate within standard office hours — this role requires flexibility, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional out-of-hours/on-call support.
Deadlines are tight, priorities change quickly, and you’ll often be working against the clock.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calls
• Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
• Filling vacancies to tight deadlines — often same-day or next-day
• Managing multiple roles, candidates, and bookings at once
• Handling last-minute issues such as no-shows, sickness, and cancellations
• Keeping regular contact with candidates to confirm availability and attendance
• Supporting consultants and ensuring client requirements are met
• Updating systems and maintaining accurate records

• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Resilient and able to deal with setbacks and constant change
• Strong communicator, particularly over the phone

Previous recruitment or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential.
