Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting a Lift Service Supervisor to join a well-established and highly respected lift engineering company in their North West office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lift Engineer looking to step into management, or an existing Lift Service Supervisor seeking to join a structured business with strong technical support, clear processes, and genuine long-term career progression. You'll work closely with the Service Manager, providing day-to-day support to the engineering team while ensuring customers continue to receive a high level of service.
Commutable from: Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn, St Helens, Wigan, Leigh, Liverpool, Chester, Northwich, Altrincham, Manchester, and surrounding areas.
The Lift Service Supervisor Role
Support the daily supervision of a team of lift service engineers across the region
Provide technical advice and assist engineers with fault-finding and service queries
Coordinate engineer workloads and help maximise productivity and efficiency.
Monitor service performance, quality standards, and completion of planned maintenance
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving service issues where required
Carry out site visits, engineer audits, and customer meetings as necessary
Support the training, development, and mentoring of engineers
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
Work closely with Service, Repairs, and Ops teams to maintain excellent service.
The Ideal Lift Service Supervisor Candidate
Previous experience within the lift industry is essential
Experience as a Service Supervisor, Senior Lift Engineer, Lead Engineer, or similar
Strong technical knowledge of lift servicing, fault finding, and maintenance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident supporting engineers and building strong customer relationships
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and service management systems
Full UK driving licence
