CPCS/NPORS Plant & Vehicle Marshaller (LANTRA)

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Plant & Vehicle Marshaller for a long-term infrastructure project in Rossendale, Greater Manchester (BB4).
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Civil Engineering contractors, working on a major highways project.
As the role involves working on the public highway, LANTRA Traffic Management training is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Safely marshal plant machinery and site vehicles operating on and around the public highway
Direct and control vehicle movements to ensure the safety of operatives, pedestrians, and members of the public
Maintain safe segregation between plant, vehicles, and pedestrians
Communicate effectively with plant operators, delivery drivers, and site management
Monitor site access points and traffic management routes
Coordinate deliveries and vehicle movements to minimise disruption
Carry out visual safety checks and report any hazards or unsafe practices
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with site health & safety procedures and highway regulationsRequirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

Valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Logo) Plant & Vehicle Marshal qualification
LANTRA Traffic Management qualification – Essential
Previous experience working as a Plant & Vehicle Marshaller on busy construction or civil engineering projects
Experience working on the public highway is highly desirable
Good understanding of construction site safety procedures and traffic management
Strong communication and organisational skills
