Apex Resources are currently recruiting for Recycling Worker for their client based in Kilsyth.

.The successful candidate will play a vital role in the collection, sorting, and processing of recyclable materials. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to environmental sustainability while working in a dynamic and physically active environment. Applicants should be physically fit, reliable, and eager to support eco-friendly initiatives.

Duties

* Collect recyclable materials from designated areas using appropriate tools and equipment

* Sort recyclables accurately according to material type and quality standards

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the recycling site to ensure efficient operations

* Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any faults or issues promptly

* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Experience

* Previous experience in waste management, recycling facilities, or related manual labour roles is advantageous but not essential

* Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions during long shifts are required

* A proactive attitude towards safety procedures and environmental practices is highly valued

Hours of work:

We are looking for one person each shift:

Shift 1 - Monday to Friday 6am-3pm

Shift 2 Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Shuft 3 Monday to Friday 10am-7pm
