Business Development Executive
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £30,000 Basic OTE: £60,000 - £80,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Executives to join a growing business development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to maximise earnings, develop their skills, and progress within a high-performing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting with warm leads
* Identify and engage key decision-makers within businesses.
* Build and maintain strong client and prospect relationships.
* Manage and develop your own sales territory.
* Qualify leads and arrange appointments for prospective clients.
* Collaborate with marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

About You

We're looking for someone with:
* Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales, business development, or account management.
* A proven track record of generating new business.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* A self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
