Field Service Engineer

A fast-growing water dispense is expanding and looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the team. They are looking for someone in the South London region. The role offers basic salary upto £31k with clear monthly performance bonuses up to £1.2k. This role allows you to have great work life balance working Monday to Friday with ability to work weekends for overtime. The role offers 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and personal use on the van. Duties of Field Service Engineer

Installation of water systems in customers' homes
Plumbing connections and worktop fittings
Service and preventative maintenance visits
Fault finding and repairs
Customer demonstrations and product handovers
Accurate recording of jobs, stock, and service informationRequirements of Field Service Engineer

Previous experience in a field service, installation, maintenance, or engineering role
Basic plumbing skills and confidence using tools
Excellent customer service and communication skills

£27,000 - £31,000 basic salary
Uncapped monthly performance - team members have earned over £1,200 bonus in a single month
