Case Manager
Ellesmere Port | Hybrid (3 days in office)
We're working with a friendly, family-run financial services business in Ellesmere Port who are looking to bring in an Case Manager to support their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit office (4-6 people at a time) with a great culture, strong tenure, and genuine long-term progression opportunities.
The Role
This is a busy, varied position supporting advisors and ensuring the smooth running of protection and mortgage cases.
Key responsibilities:
Inputting client data, fact finds and leads onto internal systems
Writing advice and suitability letters
Managing and chasing pipeline cases (including GP reports)
Keeping advisors updated on case progress
General administration and case management
Supporting protection cases and ensuring compliance standards are met
This is a fast-paced role, so strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.

Essential:
Confident communicator - able to speak to people at all levels
Strong organisational skills
Positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience in a compliant / regulated environment
Interest in protection / financial services

Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
