Contracts Manager – EWI & Recladding
North London
Up to £80,000 + Excellent Package
A well-established £60m turnover main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of EWI and recladding projects across North London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work, delivering high-quality refurbishment and façade remediation schemes.
The Role:
* Managing multiple EWI and recladding projects from pre-construction through to completion.
* Overseeing Site Managers and project teams across live sites.
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
* Working closely with commercial, design and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Leading client meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
* Driving programme performance, quality and compliance across all projects.
* Supporting pre-construction and design coordination where required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the social housing or refurbishment sector.
* Strong background delivering EWI, recladding or external envelope projects.
* Essential Design & Build delivery experience.
* Excellent programme management and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
* Full UK driving licence
