Site Manager (Internals / Fit-Out)
Location: Leeds
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package
Start Date: August / September

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join the team on a major residential development in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the internal fit out on a large-scale apartment scheme, working for a contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across the UK.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the internal fit out programme from first fix through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing the day-to-day delivery of internal fit out works.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors on site.
• Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the project.
• Managing health & safety and ensuring site compliance.
• Liaising with the client, design team and wider project team.
• Conducting inspections, snagging and handover of completed areas.

THE CANDIDATE
The client is looking to speak with experienced Site Managers who have:
• Proven experience delivering Internals on large residential or apartment developments.
• A stable employment history with reputable main contractors.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach to programme management and quality.
• Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Essential Qualifications
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work

PACKAGE
• £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
