Planner – Cleanrooms – Limerick
We are currently Partnering with a High-Growth, Market Leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector. Demonstrating success across the UK and EMEA, they are currently seeking a Planner to help further develop their growth in the Limerick.
Responsibilities
Programme Development & Planning
* Develop and maintain detailed project programmes for cleanroom construction projects, ensuring alignment with key milestones, sequencing requirements, and client delivery expectations
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
* Track project progress against the baseline programme, producing regular updates, lookaheads, and reports including critical path analysis and mitigation strategies
Coordination with Site & Technical Teams
* Collaborate with construction, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure all activities are fully integrated, with a strong focus on complex cleanroom interfaces and dependencies
Planning Standards & Process Support
* Support the implementation of planning best practices, maintaining programme integrity, version control, and compliance with internal and project-specific planning procedures
Stakeholder Communication & Change Management
* Liaise with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to communicate programme requirements, manage changes, and ensure alignment with evolving project timelines
Responsibilities
Must have 6+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Cleanroom environments)
Must be based within a commutable distance of Limerick
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Benefits
€70,000 - €90,000 + Package
